"Let's talk about comparison.
It can be so easy for us to compare ourselves to others we see around us or on social media. And when we do this, not only do we see less value in ourselves, but we tend to focus our attention on our weaknesses, limitations, imperfections, and all of the things we THINK we lack in ourselves, yet see in others.
The truth is, comparison can diminish our sense of self-worth and self-compassion. That is why it is so worthwhile to remind ourselves of our strengths and achievements, while only thinking of our weakness as potential areas for personal growth and development. Stop comparing and start cherishing oneself
🦋 3 affirmations to remind you of your worth 🦋
1. I am amazing as I am
2. I have strengths and talents that are unique to me
3. I am loved as I am"

I started bodybuilding because I was very skinny and insecure. I wanted to look and feel more masculine about myself. I am a transgender man, but I never allowed that to define who I was or my capabilities.
After training for some time, I was able to start training at Bev Francis Powerhouse gym, where I was able to meet many incredible athletes who inspired me to see how far I could push my body and mind.
After following a strict training and dieting regime I put on a large amount of muscle mass in a considerably short amount of time, where then I decided to compete in my first bodybuilding show.
After 21 weeks of a gruelling bodybuilding prep, I went on to win Teen Classic Physique and place Second in the Junior Novice Division at my first show.
